Had lots to do today, so took the morning off work. Had to do some stuff at home then I popped up the lake for a quickie.

Too windy for the 5.4 really but I stuck it out. For short bursts I was fine - really enjoying it, gybing OK in the full on wind and spotting the little waves. Then I'd fall in, get cold and feel tired. My forearms are really weak. Still worth it. And not as gusty as other in land places perhaps. Sailed alone for about an hour until Julian and Phil arrived.

Worth the effort, as I had to fly to Toulouse on business in the evening. It was 17degrees this afternoon driving back to Blagnac airport late afternoon. Positively barmy.
